Greetings from San Diego!
Hi there! Newbie here in San Diego. I am a 32 yr old web developer working at a software company, but have been actively involved with investing in every asset class BUT real estate since age 18. At this point in my life and my investing education, I am pretty sold that real estate is the best asset class for me that will allow me to reach my goals. (It's just sad that it's taken this long to realize it!) Some of my first targets are: Note investing in my IRA, small buy and hold rental units, and cashflow multiunits.
