Hey Bigger Pockets! Just beginning to actualize my REI dreams! Bought a foreclosed HUD home 3 years ago when my wife started grad school (a 3 year program) and took advantage of an FHA loan requiring the location be our primary residence for 3 years. Tying things up nicely on the property and looking to begin investing in the multifamily arena (5 and up). Am pretty confident with my handyman skills as well so getting dirty is not a problem! Really looking forward to the next 6-8 months!
