My name is Austin McClain, I have been a member of BP for a few months now and have logged in from time to time to read articles and find helpful information.

Large banks have an influx of inventory; many are in a log jamb of sorts.

I do not think the contractor is capable of keeping daily logs like we do, so it is boiling down to he said she said.

However, humans can't search for properties there... it's just for Realtors to log in and add/update/delete listings. 

I would start to pre commercial think at 45 years and would put the property in a family trust and never sell it.. log sections replant and have a legacy that would last as long as our family lasted..

I just found out last night (4/13/16) that our offer was accepted for our first vacation rental home in Gatlinburg, TN a log cabin!

Although I am new to this platform from only a few months past and have not been on as much as I would've liked to, I definitely still log on when I feel it is important to share a great resource that I have been fortunate to have experienced myself.  

Is that in the Realtor view cos when I log in as a consumer, I don't see those options on HAR.com
