[Rohn Falter]

I am Rohn Falter, and live in the Pacific Northwest.  I live in Toledo, Washington to be specific.  That's half way between Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon.  The focus of my business and experience is with flipping, though I am very interested in getting into commercial real estate eventually.  To be more specific, I wouldn't mind multifamily units, apartments, but would like to eventually get to planning with city zoning and strategic investments that involve developing areas of growth.  I am getting a ton of training now, and look forward to getting more exposure to other views.  I am a dentist otherwise, and enjoy that profession a lot, and am adding to my skill set.
