1-QUESTION SURVEY ABOUT FUNDING

Hey everyone!

I'm compiling some research for a report, blog post, and possibly a book.

If you suddenly had an extra $250,000 in cash, how would you use/allocate it in your real estate investing business?

(assume you could use it for anything, including marketing/advertising, outsourcing, operations, payroll, acquisitions, rehab, etc.)

Please be as detailed as you'd like.

We may publish these answers in a report/article/book, so please only comment if you are okay with us sharing your name (and possibly your BP profile picture) in the article.

Thanks!
Dan & Joe Kalis
