@James Murphy - Perhaps, in a perfect world, we would need no attorneys, no courts, no doctors, no emergency rooms, etc. because everyone just gets along fine and never get sick.Are people who buy things at a wholesale price taking advantage of others?

@John Thedford It is just simply how the world works, all professions have dishonest people, for sure, there is a dishonest contractors, RE agent, RE investor, doctors, lawyers, sellers, buyers, government workers, congressmen, congresswoman, mayors, council persons, companies, suppliers.

Doctor, lawyer, now you have areas you can find them.  

there is no such thing right now of selling on the open market under value the only ones that do that are wholesalers who do not tell the truth about value and who have no licensing or fiducerary duty to do that.are there bad realtors who do bad things.. of course.. there are folks doing surgery that are not licensed doctors as well. !!!
