We are really ramping up marketing and one niche we are targeting are divorces. Has anyone had success mailing to this market? Are there

@James Murphy - Perhaps, in a perfect world, we would need no attorneys, no courts, no doctors, no emergency rooms, etc. because everyone just gets along fine and never get sick.

Are people who buy things at a wholesale price taking advantage of others? Are people who buy properties from the borrowers who took loans out (with real money, mind you), failed to make payments for extended periods of time, trashed the properties and were foreclosed upon, really the bad guys?

The fact is, people get in trouble, and others are willing to take certain risks like buy these properties from people who are in a pickle and can't sell their property retail. Discounts are created by the situations that others create. I didn't cause their marital problems, their bankruptcy or their death. I am, however, willing to help them and be professional about it. Some others are unable to stomach the wreckage, hold their nose up, and refuse to help.

Frankly, I'm put off by your remarks and I'm sure others on this forum share this sentiment. This is a free and open forum, however taking shots at people here will not endear you to the very people that you wish to guide you to real estate profits.
