There is an absolute best way to find motivated sellers and that is having a very credible #1 ranking website on Goolge, with plenty of web-presence to support your business.The reason why this is the absolute best way is because all these leads are 100% free, and they are highly motivated to sell I mean they even get PISSED off if I do not write them 30 friggin minutes after they fill in the form.Some of them start to write me angry emails with  why are you ignoring me..
