Dear BP community,

I'm in a process of finding my first section 8 teanant. i am wondering, is it OK to have a prospective tenant to fill-out a tenant's application composed by my ( and not the section 8 housing authority). if yes, what kind of info it is reasonable to ask ( i don't want to scary anyone off ) ?

thank you in advance
