After spending the next two weeks watching every real estate video I could find, I was determined to purchase my first rental property.By this time, I had been eating free meals at the school dining hall, saving my ROTC stipends, and working three part-time jobs (campus taxi driver at night, finance internship two days per week, and ice hockey referee on weekend mornings).

Owned free and clear and the guy just doesn't really want to deal with it. he owns the funeral parlor next door and the house has been in the family since his grandfather bought it new in the early 1900's.

I've seen Police Officers  leave our  house filled with roaches, Ministers using our homes as a church, one tenant wanted to use  our home as a Funeral Parlor, and work on the bodies in the basement.

All it was, was the guests left the top freezer drawer ajar overnight and ice built up and was diverting water down to the floor.

Not trying to scare you off, my airbnb trailer was really awesome and was more successful than I imagined, but this ordinance may put airbnbs on ice in this area depending on the type of property.

The reason the offer is so slow is the gutters have ice damage, it needs a new roof, the kitchen is from the 50s the whole yard looks like it has been unkeept for 2 years, and the old owners smoked so it is ingrained in the walls.
