I'd rather the old fashioned way.  

I think a venturous Ethics Counsel could easily find much of the information you are providing to be a violation of UPL rules based on the form and fashion it is being provided in at least some states.

If you have a situation where you were being used in a highly unethical fashion, you are helping in the education of grandchildren to do just as grandmother does.

The mirror and lighting are a little old fashioned and are little things that can change the style quite a bit.

With a lot of just old fashioned elbow grease you can make a 1984 Benz look better than most new cars.  

My firm uses The Work Number, and it works fine 85% of the time, and is completely stupid/inflexible the other 15% of the time... which means I have to do it the old fashioned way: pick up a phone, send an email, stay on the phone until the email is confirmed received, and do not hang up the phone until the HR person commits to having it done within the next 45 minutes, and set a timer for 47 minutes to follow up if it isn't done. 

As long as you communicate with tenants in a timely fashion you will be fine.

The tenants, basically hoarder types, didn't complain about mold again, and I don't think "getting sick" from mold was then in fashion.

I went through my home warranty company (2-10) and their vendor didn't send diagnosis to them in timely fashion and home warranty company insisted on finding refurbished part.
