And they put up and took down shelves and who knows what on almost every wall - more spackling and painting.

So, if you are new, get involved in all the Real Estate Clubs in your area and treat them just like the grocery store...you don't have to buy everything on the shelves...but in this business your net worth is equal to your network so get out there and build your network.

An example would be a market where anything 150k and under is flying off the shelves and newbies are pushing prices to 90% ltv but they are thinking it is 75% ltv.

NO, the buyers are your customers, so you need to provide your customers with what they want to buy.Circuit City and Montgomery Ward had no issues putting products on the shelves, they had issues with getting CUSTOMERS.

But when you get someone to clean the fridge thoroughly that requires pulling out all the shelves, buckets, crisper etc...to wipe down the stains, the BBQ sauce drips etc...you see the damages.

Given that that is their model - do you think Wal-Mart could actually PURCHASE all those products on their shelves?
