I've seen them on craigslist for $50-150.This is the storage area above the radiator and can be seen to the left of the stained glass window, above the 2x4 frame here will be shelves, below a door for a storage area.Showing how we're doing 2 layers of insulation in the 3rd floor, rolled out above collar ties with R13 in between.Showing Durovent for proper air flow and 2 layers of insulation again.Reframing 3rd floorOpened up turret room, has since been insulated and drywalled.

So, if you are new, get involved in all the Real Estate Clubs in your area and treat them just like the grocery store...you don't have to buy everything on the shelves...but in this business your net worth is equal to your network so get out there and build your network.

But, I bought them a few years ago, when the market was tanked out.Now, though, with the upswing in home prices and rents around here, getting a cashflowing SFH is much harder so condos have been flying off the shelves, often at over-asking to all-cash investors.

NO, the buyers are your customers, so you need to provide your customers with what they want to buy.Circuit City and Montgomery Ward had no issues putting products on the shelves, they had issues with getting CUSTOMERS.

But when you get someone to clean the fridge thoroughly that requires pulling out all the shelves, buckets, crisper etc...to wipe down the stains, the BBQ sauce drips etc...you see the damages.
