Hello,
My name is Katie and I'm just getting started buying and selling property at a discount. I work with a group based in Downers Grove that provides fantastic, practical ways to succeed - including having your exit strategies first!
I'm starting with a wholesale deal at 400 E. Randolph and I'm trying to build my buyers list before I negotiate with the Banks.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to find buyers for this particular building?
I am thrilled to be part of Bigger Pockets and am happy to share any knowledge I have as I dive into my classes.
Katie
