Refrigerator parts
I have a tenant who left some damaged parts in a refrigerator.
Nothing that I can spot just by casually looking at the inside. But when you get someone to clean the fridge thoroughly that requires pulling out all the shelves, buckets, crisper etc...to wipe down the stains, the BBQ sauce drips etc...you see the damages.
The see through crisper - the perimeter lip that slides in and out, cracked and broken off. The glass shelves - some are OK some are embedded into a plastic frame, and the plastic frame cracked on the under side.
In any case I thought those would be easy and cheap to replace.
Boy was I wrong.
$65 for a plain plastic crisper?
$87 for a new shelf
WOW...
And these are discounted price from those online DISCOUNTxxxParts!
Are there any really discounted parts for these? I didn't see much on eBay either.
I figured landlords deal with this all the time, do you all pay that kind of prices?
