In either case you can try contacting whoever you worked with to get the loan and see if they can help.I would also make sure that I had sent a certified letter to the attorney explaining the problem and demanding resolution by a date certain.

I had been wholesaling in a very hot seller's market and I had been doing it almost exclusively with the MLS so it was a tough go and, on top of that I was wholesaling to just one investor.I am now back for good with the firm resolution to never, ever stop again.

An interesting epidemic.I think the volumes of applications, credit reports, borrowers, good loans, denials, issues and resolutions not to mention collateral (resi & comm) complemented with title issues filled the tool shed to what it is today.

The boards I am on are almost all electronic (votes, docs, etc.) with final drafts of resolutions being memorialzied in a resolution book by the designated manager. email for drafts and edits (no need for paper), financials via PDF (no paper), etc.So I'd have a different first step - Identify why paper/printing can't be done electronically.
