Would you want your mother, sister, brother, best friend to be conned by some fast talking unlicensed broker playing these games.

I find that strange considering that the REO stated it would qualify for a 203K loan program and required the purchaser to only use that program for the Homepath if there was a loan involved.The reason it was questionable was it was a lot with one address that held two houses on it (a main house and a mother-in-law like guest house). 

My mother has been a real estate agent for the last 20 years and I have been looking to get in the game myself for a while. 

I always tell people: what if it was your mother, sister, brother, that got screwed over by some of these unlicensed brokers?
