If you go right now to Zillow, and you tell it to show you current rental listings, then click on any listing, then scroll down to "Price History" click that and it will show all the listing changes for the last several years, I mean 10 plus.  

That agent is simply and mindlessly shuffling paperwork..

Just to clarify, the courthouses in the Midwest are not all using stone tablets or scrolls, we can search on line for filings, by name, address, dates, under liens or deed conveyances.

If you click on "Layers" then "Data" then "Parcel Data" then select the box "Owners Names" you will see owners names displayed as you scroll around on the map over properties.
