Is this an internet version of a tag team?

Oh, because someone has marketed it as easy on the Internet.

It's a small property, and there's very possibility for a financial little upside to anyone who leases from you (no farming, hunting etc) so you're looking at annual type recreational or maybe 'off-grid' type tenant.

Our insurance recently off-loaded all multifamily units in the US leaving us hunting for a reasonable replacement.

We use Stayfi which collects guest information as they connect to the internet. 

I have a lot better PM now that doesn't do that, but I'm still on the hunt for a good trustworthy handyman and GC in Toledo.

If you default on either, we the lender we'll hunt you down and make you pay us back.

New user, first time post.Trying to gather info for an HOA Board about possibly having the HOA buy 'bulk' cable TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) with VOIP for use by each owner in a 55 year old and over HOA with 62 dwelling, plus a clubhouse with at least two additional TV usage locations (main clubhouse room, plus exercise room).Cox/Xfinity is the current supplier for the entire property which only has coax cables installed on the property below ground.
