Need Toledo Handyman (Prefered) or GC

Does anyone know of a trustworthy handyman that is priced reasonably and does a good job? I also need a general contractor with the same characteristics. I hate when my PM sends somebody out to fix a toilet that needs a $0.75 gasket and they lie to you and charge you for a new toilet for $400. I have a lot better PM now that doesn't do that, but I'm still on the hunt for a good trustworthy handyman and GC in Toledo.
