Or is it worth looking at skinnier deals with these folks and grooming a longer term relationship for possible future deals?

Gotta plant that seed early before traditional schooling grooms them to be an employee. ;-)

This is an extreme view but it gets results.2 - If you're bold enough to pass Step 1, then go about making sure your property is the cleanest, more groomed, litter-free property on Earth.

Now, I'm looking for one I can groom personally. 

As much as I like pets myself, I know how cats can go around peeing on things to mark their territory,  and how bad that smells, and how dogs can chew or claw trim, and have accidents too, and what an odor pets create when they aren't well groomed.

I use Lima one my contact is Christian Groomes he has always treated me fair and closed each deal I have  brought.

He is very eager to learn about anything so today I am going to give him a run down on our rental property we currently have and my plan for the next 10 years.I am already grooming my predecessor...Have you started teaching your kids the business?
