My son is 10 years old and the president at his school. He is very eager to learn about anything so today I am going to give him a run down on our rental property we currently have and my plan for the next 10 years.

I am already grooming my predecessor...Have you started teaching your kids the business? If so age, and what are you covering?

@Chance Cooper I may not forgive you for starting "late" at 26, try starting at 40. I'm so excited when I get young clients, I tell them if I had started when they did, I'd be retired now.  It is so awesome you are starting your kid out with these principles.  My dad had me open a savings account at age seven with $100 and taught me good money habits. That $100 paid for my college education (we use to actually earn good interest on money back then). Those types of lessons are invaluable.  I'll look forward to colleague requesting him when he's 13 :)
