On a yearly basis you want to plan for, allocate resources, should there be a disruption of this sort.

We're probably going to forgive late fees if tenant can prove their employment was disrupted by coronavirus and offer an extra payment plan (we usually only give one per lease).

It's actually rather crazy to me that me creating a model where investors have to pay for the services provided to them is a market disruption lol.
