Tenant Moving Out Early
My tenant wants to move out a month early. They are giving me 2 months’ notice. They’ve been good tenants. What does everyone else do in this situation? Should I let them out of the lease a month early? If not how should I let them down easy that they need to pay the last month?

They are giving you two months' notice and it is only one month before the lease is up. I'd let them out early and tell them they need to make it available for showings. Then try to group showings to minimize the disruption. It will be summer and you should be able to find a new tenant quickly.
