Bottom line: the guest didn't get the cruise they signed up for - no smoking means no smoking accommodations.

I have five rentals in Lviv, the remarkable city that has been recently discovered by tourists and investors (and filmmakers - check out Tom Cruise's latest plans for filming in Lviv). 

Think cruise companies and airlines.

One bright spot in all this is people will still take their vacation in a house when this is over vs travel abroad, cruises, hotels and airlines so that should give drivable destinations a boost this year assuming we get back by end of May.

Are people going to enjoy their vacation closer to home, driving destination, domestically instead of going somewhere abroad (cruises will be out of question I assume..)..how will the crises affect Snow Birds? 

I'm concerned with the collapse and effect of the oil refineries in Texas and the cruise industry in Florida.

I think that's the magic strategy for STR's, building that experience and loyalty base, from there it's cruise control. 

Port Canaveral, larger cruise ships (when that is viable again) and container ship offloading, strong medical, the various space programs, Boeing, Harris, and other aerospace industry.

Did you see that Carnival Cruise Lines owns 100 ships and started to Sell six with more on the chopping block and some are scheduled to go to scrap?

Our market is having to bear less tourism (I went on a 26 Glacier cruise last week and there were 1 of 2 boats running and it had 70 of its 270 person capacity), oil and gas being low, fishing taking a hit and unemployment.
