Mysterious" issues rarely have a "quick fix" ...

Some people think they will have hard time evicting someone, or be mean if they have to, so they call themselves managers and the owner is some mystery guy...lol. 

Maybe you can put attempted murder in the agreement somewhere?

@Ryan Jenks  instead of going laterally go vertical come up to Oregon.. you can get 5 to 7 caps ,, 7 are tougher to find but they are doable. and no management headaches.as for the wipe out in Memphis.. they bought a 40 unit... for 8k a door it was 70 % vacant... broker feeds them a line.. that they can get it up and running and sell it for 40k a door.they proceed to dump 600k into it... so just under a million .. and were planning on making about 500k on a turn aroundWell that tenant base in Memphis that is D class you simply can't do from a far.. first managers are stealing from them... few murders.. and other violent crimes..

Now the real mystery is which contractor pooped in a bag and threw it into the deepest depths of our crawlspace?

I went back to the first house and spoke with the neighbors - apparently there was a murder at the house (details were scarce) and the owner hasnt been seen for a year.  

Here's the crime map from the past 3 months:No murders, no muggings, and only 1 burglary.

Looks like you'll have to accept moving on and expect not to get any insight into the mysteries of that association and their financial stability.

To add to the horror, the boyfriend was charged with murder of the child.
