I backed out.. next thing I know we are picking up the same houses at court house for 20 to 30k or so each.. it was epic I bought half a dozen.. but then I had my own problems and it was so hard at that time to raise capital.. we doubled our money on what we bought in a year sold mainly to folks from Europe.. 

I figured it would be best to include something other than the stock person image, and yes I do have an epic fire beard.

So, if I were in this position, I'd take a good bit of time to explore what epic undertaking could provide a challenge for the next several years -- and provide really fulfilling outcomes to as many people as possible along the way, as well as when complete.

I am looking at Epic Real Estate Matt Theriault's course and Wholesaling Inc, Wholesaling Inc seems great but is very expensive.

(Most seller won't want you to tell any tenant you're buying the building, but you can still ask them how they like it and if they're are any problems)- And finally, one of the tenant's was an epic hoarder. 

This place must be epic because I've been directed here from several different places!
