Has anyone taken any Wholesaling courses? Was it worth it and effective? I am looking at Epic Real Estate Matt Theriault's course and Wholesaling Inc, Wholesaling Inc seems great but is very expensive. I am totally new to Wholesaling and want to find a great mentoring program but can't afford to throw money away. Any stories about your experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
