People in my area are, I think, even more jaded about telephone calls than the average American.

They have a good stable of contractors and their team is young and not too jaded.

Admittedly I'm a bit jaded from seeing a lot of false or arbitrary data (IE using "headaches" as a metric) about the Cleveland market and wanted to throw my two cents into the conversation.

I better take advantage of the enthusiasm before the experience jades me.
