I found the site a year or 2 ago and would browse it from time to time.

We are reading the books, listening to BP podcasts, going to REIA meetings, and browsing the BP forums.

I have been browsing these forums for about a year and I have seen lots of discussions on this issue.

Hey BP,I'm currently browsing commercial buy and hold properties, and I've noticed a large variance in the properties CAP rates.

I was thinking the other day that in a bigger city someone might be able to do a whole business out of making a good interface for investors to do project management for a local handyman service. 

I've been browsing the forums for a few months, and have learned alot already!
