I'm a newbie! I'm sure ya'll already know that. I was wondering if any seasoned wholesalers would like to work together. I have been doing A LOT of *driving for dollars*, but with the lack of experience, I'm not sure what's a good deal or not. I'm currently in the process of getting my post cards printed. I need to find a great lawyer to review my assignment contact . I'm currently a pipe welder, so that's how I'm funding my RE venture. Maybe we can put together a JV contact on the properties I find ,and in exchange I can learn a few pointers. I'm in the Houston area, mainly Missouri city, but I have no problem driving to any side of town that's necessary the get a great deal. I'm a hard worker just trying to find my way. I went down town for them. put in an open records request. i heard there was a website, but I get them for like $12 and it comes in an excel spreadsheet. Online you will have to do a lot of copying and pasting.
