Greetings,

My name is Steven Wilson. My wife and I are considering buying a home in the next year or so,  I stumbled across this site while researching a first time home purchase and have been absolutely hooked for the last couple weeks.  Looking to learn more on the numbers/ operations side of " house hacking " , rehabs and buy and hold as an investment strategy. I work full time for a Home Health company and enjoy beekeeping, kayak fishing and traveling with my wife.

Looking forward to meeting some of you and hopefully doing some deals!

@Steven Wilson Welcome Steve. House hacking is a very powerful way to build equity. My uncle did it 30 years ago and his brothers laughed at him. My father included. No one laughs at him now though.
