I have no complaints, I have also had colleagues use him as well.He was the past president of the local chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors, so apparently his peers thought he was capable as well.I have no affiliation with him, other than having used him professionally. 

I have no affiliation with him, he's just very established and has a very good track record.

And I heard more about him from other Investors than I did from Annex(It was actually a friend of mine who heard about him through her affiliation with Amway who first informed me of Kiyosaki.
