Fyi great mls flat rate listing service and free property flyer template site

Just wanted to share a great experience I had. Used housepad.com to list a property on mls (in a partnership w/ the seller)...their customer service is AWESOME!!! And it was only $99. And also fyi, I found the following website that I used to create a flyer/brochure for the property. They have free templates...I tweaked one a bit but was a helpful start since my old laptop w/ my template crashed!

Hope this is helpful for whoever may need it! I'm not sure of restrictions on listing these companies...I'm not affiliated w/ either but wanted to share to save people time!
