If you email technical support, they will respond to your questions regarding glitches in the app or the system and they are very prompt in their assistance for that.

While she has been very prompt on providing me additional information on items I request (disclosures, utility statements etc.), I wouldn't say she's put a ton of time into the whole thing.

But I am always surpised when a client comes to me from another agent and I return calls very promptly and they say they didnt get that kind of service with their last realtor.

They were highly qualified and have assets to lose.I promptly re-rented those apts.
