Some Realtors Have Too Much Money

Two weeks ago I called on a medium priced single family in a nice part of town asking for information and they never called me back. I've since found all the info I was looking for, but am stunned at not receiving a call back.

I can appreciate a day or two wait, but never? That's sales 101, innit? If that's a problem, find a different line of work.

The house is still for sale, the price is out of line.

Maybe that's why no call back? Nah, can't be...Mus'nt need the money...

I always give people the benefit of the doubt and give a second call or send an email.  Emails and voicemail messages to get deleted by accident, etc. once in a while.  I know that on occasion I intended to return a call and it just slips my mind.  After a second contact, I would agree that not returning the call or email is unprofessional and rude.
