Good Afternoon Investors,

I'm excited that I found this site and I'd like to introduce myself.  My name is Drew Millard and I am a real estate investor in the Chicago, surrounding suburb, KC, NW Indiana and southern Wisconsin markets.  In my former life I was a Civil and Structural Engineer but my passion for real estate prompted a career move after about 8 years in that industry.   At which point I started 33 which is a vertically integrated real estate firm with business lines in leasing, property management, construction, investment brokerage and distressed real estate consulting.  (www.33realty.com)  Our goal is to provide institutional level service for middle market investors as we believe there is a systemic lack of all inclusive help in this space.  FYI - My term of middle market is $1M to $20M in basis (construction + acquisition).

We have also started an investment group that raises capital and leverages 33's business lines to acquire, financially analyze, rehab, lease and manage these assets.   As we all know the market is a much tougher these days so we are doing our best to stay disciplined and strategically expand our portfolio.

I love real estate and look forward to better educating myself with this community and sharing the knowledge that I have learned the hard way over the last 10 years.

Good Luck!

Drew
