Books I found useful were "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" great for the right mindset and strategies, "The Book on Investing in Real Estate With no Money Down" it's a easy read on the various options you can use to finance your deals, and lastly Gary Keller's "Flip_ How to Find Fix and Sell Houses for Profit" this has some wholesaling but focusses mostly on the rehabbing process.
