Recommended Reading For Apartment Houses

I've seen the reading list generated by another thread and I'm looking to have one but more specifically directed towards getting a start in apartment houses, of course with opm. Things that I'm looking to understand in the area are the lending practices/ rules for buildings with 4+ units (which I've been led to understand are different than those with under 4, at least in my state), how the upkeep and bills differ and whether the bigger numbers skew the math. Getting to know what exactly the math is would also be great
