I am a new investor in the Washington DC metropolitan area. I am new to BP and to this forum. I have been browsing several of the posts and I am encouraged.  I am interested in wholesale opportunities as a way of getting into the business. My long-term goal is to build a sustainable real estate business for many years to come.  I made the decision in January this year to enter the real estate business fulltime.  My main focus over the next two to three months will be to gain as much education as possible as it relates to the real estate business before seeking my first deal. I followed the advice of someone on the forum to buy "The book on flipping" and "The book on estimating" which I will be digesting over the next few weeks. Any further advice is welcome.
