Also, would it be worth installing a new laminate countertop?  

I am going through this same thing right now..especially in the kitchen, do I put granite or just formica on the countertops?

The rehab budget of $80,000 included upgrading the kitchen with new cabinets, counter tops and appliances, upgrading a bathroom on the main floor, expanding and upgrading the bathroom for master suite.

How much will it cost just to renovate  the 3 kitchens (with all  9 + appliances plus cabinets and counter tops and floors)  and the 5 Bathrooms?

Time/the rush to sell, 2. mostly cosmetic things - stark white walls, unfinished walls in a 3-season/hot tub room, bland kitchen that could be made great with some used stainless appliances and new countertops (it is a large kitchen with nice cabinets), and just tasteful staging and decoration.

I have a 60' x 60' kitchen, i want frameless kitchen cabinets in maple with full wood construction, let's just go with self closing, black galaxy granite countertops, grohe faucets Bridgeford Collection, the existing floor is a simple tile, so i would need you to rip all of the flooring and cabinet, then replace the floor with only honed travertine I don't like gaps so it will have to be laser cut with 1/32" gap maximum.

Change the laminate counter tops to match, and you will be in business. 

I began doing floor to ceiling tiled showers, wood like tile floors throughout, brand new kitchen cabinetry, nice laminate countertops, and installing laundry hookups.
