Hello everyone, Looking to see what everyone thinks here. There is property I am looking into. Price is $19,900 3 family but needs a lot of work. I waiting to hear back for an estimate of the repair costs. The average rents are $750-$800. What would be your cut off for rehab costs. Or would it be better to wholesale the property instead? Thanks guys!

Did you misplace a comma? 19,900? As in $20k? For three units that rent at 750-800 each? Either the house is a tear down, there was some sort of toxic chemical spill, or something else is terribly wrong... right? What am I missing...
