Hi BP, Can anyone tell me what would should I expect to spend rehabbing an average sized kitchen and one and a half bath including labor costs.  New cabinets, sink, island, splash boards.

Wow. I would like to hire you! I have a 60' x 60' kitchen, i want frameless kitchen cabinets in maple with full wood construction, let's just go with self closing, black galaxy granite countertops, grohe faucets Bridgeford Collection, the existing floor is a simple tile, so i would need you to rip all of the flooring and cabinet, then replace the floor with only honed travertine I don't like gaps so it will have to be laser cut with 1/32" gap maximum. And oh, the kitchen dips 2" so you'll need to raise the joist a little bit. The wall is level 5 finish, I hate flashing so it has to be as shiny as the granite. We will talk more details when I see you. Am so excited to get this done so I could pay you 10k.
