This week I am completely gambling on Ford bumping up a notch due to extra 2 Bill approved for cash for clunkers (not that I approve of the program, just gambling short term on the sheeple).

Any emails will likely filter to a spam folder, and people are less and less shy about hanging up on cold callers these days.

It has been working great, but I now find that for them to be compliance with new regulations against spam texting, they are requiring people to explicitly opt-in.

I love Grant, I love him spamming my inbox every hour and a half.You have to admire his enthusiasm and "Who has my money attitude."

Make sure you are not gambling on appreciation... any slight downturn in the market will likely put you underwater.

EDIT: I no longer have anything nice to say about booking.com 🤣Virtually one day after posting some reasons why I thought the platform might be worthwhile, I have been spammed with multiple BS non-payers that have taken me a ridiculous amount of time to remove, while also clogging up all of my other calendars.

Our local market in Los Angeles and Southern California and I know this demographic receives plenty of spam or telemarketing calls from ISA's in the Philippines and I worry that it may take many more dials to get an appt. vs someone local.I've also spoke with 4 locals!

These people are straight up gambling with their clients’ properties.

The other is more of a gamble on the location, but I think it is going to be a winner long-term.
