If the borrower subsequently returns to the area where he/she owns a property with an FHA-insured mortgage, he/she is not required to re-establish primary residency in that property in order to be eligible for another FHA-insured mortgage.

I have the parcel number and am waiting for the surveyor to provide a preliminary report/sketch and see if our agent is on the right track.We haven't sold anything yet because the sale is awaiting our results and subsequent changes.We own 2 parcels, but have 1 parcel ID # on the special warranty deed we received.

IF the fee was not disclosed on your LE, or subsequent disclosures during the process, and there is nothing in the fine print of your disclosures that indicates the lender charges a $100 appraisal review fee, (which would be a separate line item from the Appraisal itself, since that fee is paid to an AMC [Appraisal Management Company] on your behalf) then I would ask them to take it off.
