Appraisal review fee??
I just received my closing disclosure and questioned why they are charging me $500 for an appraisal when the it cost $400 from the report. Their response was they charge $100 for an in house appraisal review fee. Never had this in the past. Is this normal or are they trying to squeeze more out from me? What do I respond with? I've about had it with this bank. Thanks in advance!
