Thanks for the input, I was definetly not trying to discrimate in anyway, my mindset at the time was, will they have the finances to make rental payments when the baby came before I drew up a lease.

@Drew WiardI would NOT.Under the Bigger Waters Federal Law, flood insurance premiums will continue to rise until the program pays for it self. 

Plus, the "third world dictator" look (while awesome for some purposes) drew awkward attention when driving around el-cheapo neighborhoods looking at houses!
