How to handle tenant and gardener issues
How should I handle the situation when the tenant is not happy with the gardener I hire? The tenant has lived in the rental just over a year but I have hired this gardener for a longer time and he is also working on my other rental. I've never had a problem with him or heard the other tenant complaining him. Please share your ideas. Thank you all.

I'm thinking that it would depend on how serious the complaint is (peeping tom etc..) but if it's nothing that serious I wouldn't entertain it. If we changed everything that the tenants didn't like we would be working everyday to appease Them
