Tenants potentially illegal aliens

I have a rental property in Baltimore in an area where there are a lot of people in the country illegally.  Is there a resource or website where you can determine if potential tenants are in the country legally?  What are landlords responsibility for determining if tenants are legal or not?

For me, I'd look at the notion that it's not my job to determine their status. I don't know of a site or if that would even be feasible. However lets say it does, many illegal immigrants have multiple people in their home. If the one paying the rent is legal the entire household may be not. I don't see a way of figuring this out and worrying about it would bring on unnecessary stress.
