I remember one investor who labeled himself "sarcastic Asian guy" because his humor was dry and he knew people needed a prompt.

Ordinarily I'd attribute this to the pandemic shutdowns, but the strange thing is that when I contacted his office from a new email address asking to place an order, they responded to me promptly.

I don't have one per unit just for the building but now I know when I have a water leak and can fix it promptly because tenant don't tell you when there is a leak.
