The PM inspected the property, drew up a rental agreement, secured rental insurance, and had any safety issues addressed at the property including the installation of proper smoke detectors.

Thanks for the input, I was definetly not trying to discrimate in anyway, my mindset at the time was, will they have the finances to make rental payments when the baby came before I drew up a lease.
